  • Measure your bust, waist, and hips with a soft tape. Then compare your measurements to the brand’s size chart online. Sizes vary by brand, so always check their guide. For shoes, measure foot length and check their sizing chart.

  • Yes, we love working with creatives. If you’re an artist, influencer, or content creator, reach out at support@looqeoriginals.com or DM us with your work.

Returns and exchanges

  • 1) Defective or Wrong ItemReceived a defective product, wrong item, wrong color, or wrong size?→ We’ll exchange or replace it free of charge. 2) Fit Issues with Correct SizeGot the correct size but it doesn't fit well?→ We’ll exchange it for a nominal fee. 3) Non-Eligible ReasonsWe do not accept exchanges if: (a) You no longer want the item (b) You want to buy or exchange for a different item

  • Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account, go to Order History, and click “Track Order.”

  • Contact our customer support within 4 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll help you with a replacement, exchange, or refund.
